How We Executed the Service
Apartment complex managers see tenants come and go throughout the year. Ideally, the tenants take all their belongings with them. But they sometimes leave bulky items behind to lessen their moving load. So, property management has to deal with old furniture hauling alone.
Such was the case for Spanish Trace Apartments in Tampa, Florida. As previous occupants filed out, they left enough belongings to furnish a room.
Our Client’s Problem Solved
Our decluttering and furniture removal project meant handling a diverse collection of old items that needed specialized handling and services:
- Couch pickup: The tenants left an old, dirty sofa behind, requiring a team to lift and load it.
- Mattress collection: We strategically maneuvered a mattress and the bed frame out of the alleyway and into our truck.
- Chair removal service: The tenants left a couple of old chairs behind as well.
- Tire takeaway: The service went beyond used furniture pickup. We also collected tires and other miscellaneous materials from the property.
