Every time the VETS team shows up at The Cove for junk removal, they follow the same process to keep the property clean and ready for the next residents.
The crew begins by clearing out anything left behind in the units, such as broken tables, mattresses, shelving, bags, boxes, and whatever else the old tenants didn’t take with them.
Next, they walk the shared areas and clean up loose junk and large debris. This usually includes items like ripped-up carpet, busted patio chairs, and leftover renovation scraps.
The goal of every visit is to ensure the staff at The Cove never has to stop what they’re doing to deal with leftover trash.
How Life at The Cove Changed for Workers and Residents
Once VETS took over the cleanup, day-to-day operations at The Cove became much more manageable. The maintenance crew shifted their focus from hauling away junk to the work they were hired to do. Turnovers stayed on schedule, and leasing staff no longer had to delay showings or rush to clean up last-minute messes.
